By using Graphic Design Eye's creative services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our creative services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of creative services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our creative services.
Graphic Design Eye LLC offers professional graphic design and photo editing services, including, but not limited to:
We offer flexible service arrangements:
a) Package Model: Fixed-price packages (Basic, Advanced, Executive, Leading) with predefined deliverables and timelines.
b) Subscription Model: Weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring billing for ongoing design needs. Subscription payments are automatically processed through your provided payment method. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting the Graphic Design Eye support team.
c) Monthly Order-Based Model: Clients place service orders on a monthly basis and make advance monthly payments for design services rendered during the applicable billing period. Services are provided in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Unless expressly stated in writing, unused services, credits, or hours shall not roll over to subsequent billing periods and shall be deemed forfeited at the end of each monthly cycle.
d) Custom Quotation Model: Pricing and service scope are individually tailored based on specific project requirements. Services commence only after written approval of the quotation and receipt of the agreed payment.
a) Payment Method: We accept payments via the Stripe payment gateway (including major credit and debit cards), bank transfer, PayPal, and other payment methods as mutually agreed upon.
b) Downpayment Requirement: 100% payment is required upfront before project commencement. Work will begin only after confirmation of full payment.
c) Subscription Billing: For subscription creative services, payments are automatically charged to your card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or yearly). You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
d) Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
e) No Hidden Charges: The package or agreed price is final. We do not impose hidden fees or additional charges unless explicitly agreed upon for scope changes.
a) Refund Policy: Graphic Design Eye offers refunds only in cases where the client is genuinely dissatisfied with the final delivered work and provides clear, valid, and reasonable justification for such dissatisfaction. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the project start date and must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction.
Refund eligibility is subject to internal review and approval. No refunds will be issued for completed work that meets the agreed project scope, approved briefs, or confirmed requirements.
b) Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel subscription creative services at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
c) Client Inactivity: If a client remains unresponsive to communications for more than 30 consecutive days, we reserve the right to consider the project complete and retain all payments made.
We offer unlimited revisions at no additional charge to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and relate to the original project scope. Substantial changes that alter the original brief may constitute new projects and be subject to additional charges.
After placing an order, clients will receive access to a dashboard that displays project progress and updates. The dashboard includes a “Revision” option that allows clients to request changes to the delivered work. Once a revision request is submitted, the project will automatically move into the revision stage, and our team will begin working on the requested changes. Revision scope and turnaround time may vary depending on the service package and project complexity.
a) Order Placement: Clients place orders via the Graphic Design Eye LLC website or email ([email protected]), or through direct communication.
b) Project Brief: Clients must provide clear project requirements, including business details, design preferences, target audience, reference materials, and delivery expectations.
c) Design & Review: Graphic Design Eye LLC team creates design concepts and delivers drafts for client review and feedback.
d) Final Delivery: Upon approval, final files are delivered in agreed formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, JPG, PNG, PSD, or other requested formats).
Standard delivery timelines vary by service complexity:
Timelines commence after receipt of full payment and submission of the complete project brief. We strive to meet all deadlines; however, delays may occur due to client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
a) Copyright Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive complete copyright ownership of all final, approved designs and deliverables.
b) Source Files: Source files are provided as part of the final delivery, granting clients full usage rights.
c) Portfolio Use: We will not display client projects in the Graphic Design Eye portfolio, website, or marketing materials. Permission must be obtained before any work is shared publicly.
d) Third-Party Assets: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in designs must be properly licensed by the client for commercial use unless otherwise included in the Graphic Design Eye service package.

We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets professional standards. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we will work with you through unlimited revisions to achieve your satisfaction. However, subjective preferences do not constitute grounds for refunds.
We provide a 1-year backup of all completed projects' files. After this period, we are not obligated to retain project files. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of delivered files.
We provide 24/7 customer support via email, Skype, and phone. Response times may vary based on inquiry complexity and time zones. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Graphic Design Eye website. Continued use of our creative services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Clients are encouraged to review terms periodically.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or our creative services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
